Evolution is an Egyptian trading house built on 300 acres of our own land in Minya — dates, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes — alongside a full pickled vegetable export catalog and our retail brand, Pickley.

Every shipment we export starts on our own ground. That means we set the harvest calendar, choose the varieties, and manage post-harvest handling ourselves — no middlemen between the field and the packing line.
It also means we can take on private-label and bulk orders with a level of traceability that traders sourcing from third parties can’t match.
